CREDENTIALS
Our manufacturing facility operates a detailed quality management system based on specifications, risk assessments and a set of stringent operating processes, following the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practice. Reinforced by other key approved documents, the system is entirely traceable and is certified to ISO 22716.

CAPABILITIES
Since commencing manufacture of cosmetics and personal care products we have invested heavily and consistently to ensure that we have the most modern and state-of-the-art equipment. This has allowed us to create lean and efficient manufacturing processes to deliver consistent, high quality production at competitive prices.
Starting at around 50kg, we can produce in batches of over 1 tonne, hot or cold. Teamed with a broad capability of fill volume (10ml to 1 litre), our comprehensive and complimentary range of machines are ideal in allowing us to offer such a wide-ranging capability to the sector.
We have numerous individual processing lines and complete manufacturing suites that create a flexible and efficient manufacturing facility. Our facility is also licensed by HMRC for
the processing of pure and Denatured Ethanol. Capable of handling minimum order quantities of 1000 units in some cases up, right up to over 50,000 units in others.
We also realise that investing in our staff is as important, if not more so, to the continued development of our business. Our staff are highly proficient in their roles and are passionate about meeting the requirements of our customers.
